As a valued contributor to our team, you will advise and support team members on several key Finance and Enterprise initiatives. You will provide advanced analytical support for the execution decisions regarding resources, timing, scope, priorities, risks, and opportunities, as well as coordinate with other teams to ensure alignment of outcomes.

The Portfolio Manager/Advisor - Strategy Enablement role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
Support Portfolio Performance management and adherence to lean portfolio governance and standards.?Work with employees throughout Finance and the Enterprise on designing and reporting on solutions to ensure the progress against our strategic plan?including development of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
Support Capacity Based Planning initiative including defining and documenting best and required practices
Support senior leaders on developing executive and Board of Directors presentations.
Support Organizational Change Management (OCM) efforts.
Qualifications
THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Minimum Required Experiences:
At least 6 years of relevant experience.
Expertise in “storytelling” and creating executive presentations.
Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand.
Experience helping an organization to plan and manage change in effort to meet strategic objectives.
Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion.
Experience with operational excellence and attention to detail, including improving and overseeing operations.
Skilled in performance measurement including evaluating programs, evaluating vendors, and defining and measuring KPIs.
Desired Experiences:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Experience and skilled in influencing and relationship management, including managing and engaging stakeholders and building relationship networks.
Skilled in Relationship management, including managing and engaging stakeholders, internal customers, and building relationship networks.
