Job Summary:

This role will be responsible for the implementation of a variety of IT cloud solutions. Responsibilities for this role will include promoting and implementation of innovative solutions within hybrid and cloud-based identity, security, and collaboration tooling. In addition, the opportunity to advance hybrid networking, virtualization, and infrastructure environments to implement best practices across cloud technologies.
 
This role will be able to demonstrate knowledge with the implementation and support of hybrid environments.  Experience within Microsoft 365 and connected infrastructure platforms is required. This candidate will exhibit a consultative communication style to clients on cloud solutions. The candidate must be willing to grow technology and infrastructure fundamentals with self-paced and formal training, provided by BDO Digital as needed.

Job Duties:

Responsible for Microsoft 365 architecture with ability to design, present, troubleshoot and implement infrastructure solutions including some or all of the following:

Leadership of technical designs and implementation plans to both technical and non-technical project sponsors while gaining client buy-in and services satisfaction
Manages and develops technology roadmaps for clients encompassing multiple solutions and projects across a broad array of hybrid cloud technologies
Utilizes Microsoft 365 solutions to promote innovative technologies to solve business problems
Works with Microsoft Suite of products to include but not limited to Office 365, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Azure, Windows Server, and related cloud technologies
Deep understanding of identity not limited to Azure Active Directory, on-premises Active Directory, integration of these directories, and implementation of Azure AD as a Single Sign On platform
Business acumen to develop and present client roadmaps, health checks, and assessments
Responsible for project management collaboration while managing strategic and challenging client projects
Gathers client business requirements and translates them into technical designs and implementation plans
Leads teams of technical architects and engineers through the design, implementation, testing and deployment of projects, providing guidance and oversight
Advises clients on the impact of multiple concurrent and planned projects to their roadmap
Assists client acquisition team with client interfacing solution presentations and follow-on proposal development, with clearly defined requirements and scope
Must be open to local travel to client sites, if needed

Manages Infrastructure solutions and delivery team
Proactively manages team to defined practice KPIs while responsible for team performance metrics, yield, and developing new skills
Evaluates and builds a high performing team while supporting the team’s hiring, recruiting, and retention
Manages professional development of team and leads performance evaluations of direct reports

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Education:  

High School Diploma or GED, required
Bachelor’s degree, preferred

Experience:

Five (5) or more years of technical infrastructure implementation experience with increasing responsibility within Microsoft 365 Cloud Solutions, required
Three (3) or more years of experience in cloud or on-premises server virtualization (Hyper-V or VMware), Active Directory and basic networking (VLAN, VNET configuration), required
Prior experience managing projects and/or team solutions, preferred
Experience in client marketing and successfully managing multiple client pursuits and proposal efforts, preferred
Experience and knowledge of EM+S for security, governance, and centralized authentication, preferred
Experience working in a consulting environment, preferred

Office 365 (O365) (Exchange Online, OneDrive and/or Teams meetings calling & devices)
Endpoint Manager (Configuration Manager, Intune, AutoPilot)
Application and Desktop Presentation (Azure Virtual Desktop, Remote Desktop Services, Citrix XenApp/Desktop or Horizon View)
Enterprise Mobility + Security (Conditional Access, Data Loss Prevention / Microsoft Information Protection, AD Premium P2 functionality)
Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS) suite understanding, experience in deployment and management
