You will also champion the implementation of a new ER case-management system and drive its adoption across HR. Importantly, you will help with the design of an ER dashboard and have shared responsibility for reporting and analyzing metrics, proposing recommendations for enhancements to our approach, and prioritization of our efforts based on key insights. You’ve participated in and/or led high-performing teams and have the confidence and courage to manage through ambiguity, think strategically and situationally, and develop innovative solutions that challenge the status quo.
