Paid Time Off:

Envision Healthcare offers paid time off, 9 observed holidays and paid family leave. You accrue Paid Time Off (PTO) each pay period and depending on your position and can earn a minimum of 20 days and up to 25 days per calendar year.

Responsibilities

The IT Phishing & Security Awareness Analyst assists with developing, defining, refining and deploying security awareness training programs. Participate in developing phishing and security awareness policies, standards, and procedures within IT, partnering with corporate Internal Audit, Privacy, Compliance and other internal functions to ensure approaches are comprehensive and serve the entire organization. Participate in developing and administering internal incident response readiness activities to ensure the organization threat response readiness program continues to mature and evolve based on emerging threats.

Serve as an internal information security risk consultant to the organization
.Develop and maintain a coordinated plan for information security awareness activities.
Collaborate with other departments to develop security training both for compliance needs as well as
phishing campaigns and other, security-related awareness activities (e.g. newsletter, CBT, email
communications).
Draft information security policies and procedures for the organization.
Monitors compliance with information systems policies and procedures, referring problems to the
appropriate department manager.
Monitor compliance with required IT security awareness and phishing training.
Coordinate gaps in compliance with appropriate department manager and HR, as necessary.
Coordinate in the design, development and administration of incident response activities within the
organization.
Work with the Training organization to ensure training is distributed, and tracking of completion of the
training within the appropriate timeframe.

Qualifications

Education/Experience

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of five (5) years of business experience.
CISSP, CISM or CISA preferred
PC; Windows based spreadsheet/word processing package,
