Job Description
Position Overview:
The Corporate Credit Associate role is responsible for supporting our Corporate Hedging and Derivatives Portfolio as well as other corporate exposure through the firm. Main responsibilities include ongoing portfolio maintenance via a. nnual and adhoc credit reviews, and onboarding of new client relationships. BA will be required to conduct due diligence and assemble approval documentation. The BA will also work on portfolio reporting, portfolio exercises and senior management requests.
Basic Requirements:
Production of annual reviews for single name credits with a detailed analysis of financial operating metrics and forward-looking view. This includes the assignment and maintenance of a PD rating.
Analysis of portfolio metrics and ability to determine vulnerabilities
Strong communication skills with ability to present findings and views to senior credit officers
Ability to monitor corporate counterparties and raise credit concerns
Partner with operating officer group and execute on reporting related tasks
Ability to learn new technology and reporting methods
Desired Skills
Previous corporate credit risk experience of 2-5 years
Financial statement analysis, and basic three statement modeling
Strong skills in Microsoft Office products
Highly organized individual able to produce and maintain documentation and follow processes
