Manage data integrity and accuracy among multiple systems.
Communicates pay progressions to payroll on an ongoing basis, as well as adjustments and labor management data to payroll on a bi-weekly basis or acts as back-up in certain facilities.
Stay current with Company processes and procedures, as well as documents and maintains administrative procedures for assigned processes.
Shares responsibility with other team members for responding to questions and troubleshooting issues related to policies, procedures, payroll, benefits, and other HR areas in a timely manner
Acts as the Records Retention Coordinator to include: creating and maintaining employee files both electronically and any applicable paper files.
Creates, activates and deactivates door access badges
Facilitates communications throughout the facility (i.e., job posting, federal compliance posters, etc.)
Coordinates corporate employee activities for annual and ad-hoc events, such as Anniversary Awards, Perfect Attendance, etc.
Assists recruitment effort for all personnel, including keeping iCIMS up to date.
Administers and collects new hire paperwork, conducts new-employee orientation and onboarding activities.
Assists with processing of personnel actions (i.e., notification for terminations, job transfers, retirements, etc.) with HRIM and other appropriate parties.
Stays updates Kronos/Time and Attendance accordingly.
Runs scheduled reports and creates reports as needed.

This position provides administrative support to HR team members. The human resource assistant is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with HR team members in supporting designated business groups.
Qualifications
High School Graduate
1- 2 years of HR Experience preferred.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel required.
Bilingual.
