As a? Security Architect?supporting the Yum! Global Technology Risk Management team (GTRM),  you will develop and maintain systems and informational processes to support enterprise security architecture requirements as a fundamental building block of our technology footprint. This is a global role within the world’s largest restaurant company. More specifically, within the Security Services organization that services over 53,000 restaurants, as well as all of the infrastructure, systems, and cloud solutions it takes run a large-scale distributed enterprise across 150+ countries and growing. 

As a?Security Architect, you will frequently have interactions with members of all the Brand’s Security and IT teams while also managing the relationships with the third parties who provide the platforms that the services operate on. You will recommend security technical direction and make technical product recommendations for inclusion into the technology stack/roadmap based on cost/benefit analysis, technical capabilities, and best fit according to the company’s business, IT strategy, and architectural direction. 

While working in a dynamic, global environment, you must be able to thrive in a highly collaborative workplace, build consensus across operating teams and actively engage in the solution development process.  This role requires close working relationships with extended business team, infrastructure and application operating teams, the Director of Security Services, the Director of Network Operations, Brand Security and Area of the World Security leads. 

Salary Range: $­­137,400 to $189,420 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.

Responsibilities:

Determine security requirements by evaluating business strategies and requirements; researching information security standards; studying architecture/platform; identifying integration issues; preparing cost estimates. 
Implement security systems by developing solution architecture for hardware and software installations and calibrations; provide technical support and mentorship; completing and reviewing documentation 
Verify security systems and adherence to current standards working with Audit, Threat Intelligence and Red Teams. 
Prepare system security reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends; develop remediation or improvement plans based on the analysis performed 
Plan security roadmaps with Director of Security Services by evaluating network and security technologies; developing requirements for local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), virtual private networks (VPNs), Cloud Security, routers, firewalls and other related security/network devices 
Design and evaluate solutions across the Security domain against client requirements including performance, availability, and integrity 
Research new technology based on market direction; recommend new services and solution offerings 
Enhance and maintain operational runbooks for both technical service management, and Brand operations to ensure optimal escalation and execution is met. 
Capable of providing reporting data and metrics to leadership to highlight service use, areas of improvement, Key Risk Indicators to the organization to be mitigated by service improvements and Key Performance Indicators monitoring the progress of mitigating said risk. 
Work with other Subject Matter Experts within the Security Services team to deliver a unified security service experience to all markets while also leveraging each other’s expertise and services to improve existing processes. 
Frequently interact with Brand and market representatives to ensure the provided services are meeting expectations and requirements as defined by Yum! Brand’s Policy, Standards, Procedures, and Guidelines. 

Skills/Knowledge Requirements: 

Must be fully vaccinated by January 3, 2022, subject to reasonable accommodations. Proof of vaccination required. 
Effective tactical and strategic communication skills with technical, non-technical, and executive leadership. 
Advanced understanding of security protocols, cryptography, network protocols and routing, securing SaaS, IaaS, PaaS offerings 
Understanding of Key Management Systems (KMS), code vulnerability scanning tools 
Experience with Palo Alto Prisma Access remote workers technology 
Experience with Palo Alto Cortex XDR 
Advanced knowledge in network access control, intrusion prevention & detection systems, incident response, information security methods & risk management 
Experience in Security Event analysis & triage, incident handling & root-cause identification 
Passion and enthusiasm for Cyber Security 
Experience with Red/ Blue team exercises 
Relevant operational knowledge & experience in risk management 
Excellent time management & problem-solving skills 
Effective Communication, including verbal, report writing & presentations skills 
Planning & execution with operational management 
Management experience in an enterprise environment with a proven track record in security 
Stakeholder management when dealing with complex issues 
Strong people leadership, including coaching & mentoring 
Ability to deal with complexity & uncertainty 
Analysis & interpretation of data into useful management information 

Education/Certifications: 

College Degree in Cyber Security or Information Technology or equivalent work experience. 
Certifications like CISM, CHFI or GCFA, GNFA, GREM, GCTI, CISSP
