Partner with the best

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Demonstrating awareness of the various testing types and methodologies
Understanding that testing is part of development. Uses test driven development practices wherever possible
Writing tests at various layers of complexity including Unit Tests, Integration Tests, System Tests
Writing code using programming as well as scripting languages required to automate testing
Writing code for tooling and infrastructure to support testing and deployment of solutions
Managing test plans, test cases, and test execution
Preparing test result summary reports
Executing manual test scenarios
Executing automated test cases
Learning new testing techniques and designs to improve test case quality
Documenting bugs in the bug tracking tools following company guidelines
Demonstrating awareness of SDLC and methodologies like Lean/Agile/XP, CI, Software and Product Security, Scalability, Documentation Practices, Refactoring and Testing Techniques

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and/or Bachelors in "STEM" (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math)
Have a continuous improvement mindset

Desired characteristics:

Have timeseries database knowledge
Coding experience or background
Have experience testing API, web, client/server and/or .NET applications
Have experience with industrial machinery operations and/or diagnostics
