SUCCESSFACTORS TECHNICAL LEAD
SOUTHFIELD, MICHIGAN – HYBRID

As a member of the IT team, the SuccessFactors Technical Lead will be responsible for technical expertise and architecture of SuccessFactors. Lear has deployed Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning Management, and Compensation globally; Lear has deployed SuccessFactors ECP in four countries.

The Role:

Your work will include, but not be limited to:

Evaluate existing setup and configuration and make recommendations to align with best practices
Drive Success Check routines in partnership with SAP to ensure ongoing application health
System administrator for SuccessFactors
Work closely with functional leads in reviewing business requirements for new functionality and releases
Participate in vendor selections with a focus on SuccessFactors functionality, advise on preferred vendor profiles and standards, evaluate vendors on fit to technical standards
Advise HR on/enforce vendor standards for support SLAs, technical standard adherence, security/Infosec standards
Participate in technical builds, integrations, ensure adherence to project management standards and testing standards. Advise on integration strategy for touchpoints with internal systems and external partners
Ensure fit to Identity Management, SSO, Network Access and other standards including SSL certificate renewal
Own testing and other functional/performance testing of SuccessFactors, in collaboration and compliance with IT testing standards
Own setup and maintenance of integrations, including key vendor contact for troubleshooting, performance, tenant maintenance and other technical topics
Focus on learning, research, and user group participation to recommend best-fit solutions for Lear business environment

Your Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years’ work experience in SuccessFactors
Strong understanding of integrations between SuccessFactors modules and non-SAP systems
Experience with OData API, BTP Integration Suite, Groovy scripting, XML, MDF
Completed at least one full life cycle implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central in a lead role
Completed at least one implementation of another SuccessFactors module in a lead role
Deep experience with Employee Central at a minimum
Ability to communicate to both technical and business audiences
Experience with full SDLC and pros and cons of development methodologies
Excellent documentation and written communication skills (manuals, updates, etc.)
Strong requirements-gathering, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
Strong relationship skills with internal and external stakeholders
