In this role you will manage the North American PPE glove portfolios and support execution of channel and segment initiatives to deliver on the profit and net sales objectives for the North American PPE business. The role will identify and commercialize innovation, manage product lifecycle, pricing, and cost reduction efforts to ensure profitable and sustainable growth. The role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, supply chain, research & engineering, regulatory, capability, customer care, and various teams within the sales organization.

Responsibilities:

Manages the P&L for Kimberly-Clark Professional North America Glove categories to maximize profitable growth

Partners with Marketing to lead the development & execution of product commercialization plans for value creation & life cycle maximization projects for NA. Supports Marketing on innovation & renovation projects.

Provides category support and is the primary interface with our sales organization including proposal support, promotional requests, datasheet requirements, price increase support, and supply communications.

Manages product data & maintains accuracy in the PIM (product information management) system for products within assigned product categories; leads the creation and maintenance of product codes in SAP system. Maintains assigned product claims per the product legal requirements.  Manages local legal and regulatory approval for assigned products.

Standard product management responsibilities include demand forecast support, supply planning support and inventory oversight.

The successful candidate will join the Category Management team and report to the KCP NA Associate Director Category – Gloves. 

**Please note- this role can be fully remote within the United States. The preference would be someone located in either Central or Eastern time zones.

**Travel Requirement- this role will be required to travel to Roswell, GA once per month for a weeks time.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree, in business-related discipline.

5+ years of experience in category management, portfolio management, product supply, supply chain, or product management.

Strong business acumen, understanding of financial levers through P&L management, preferably in a regulated/technical space.

Strong project and stakeholder management.

Strong understanding of brand & category foundational tools.

Experience in a B2B environment, preferred

Experience supporting PPE, health, and/or safety products, preferred
