The Talent Management Product Team at Eightfold.AI builds new product experiences for Eightfold's customers and users. This Talent Management product is used by hundreds of thousands of Consumer Users . This is a new innovative way to leverage AI in a new way for people to learn & grow their own careers. At Eightfold, we are looking for senior level and "product-driven" TLM (Technical Lead Manager) with extensive experience working with modern software architectures. We are looking for TLM that is hands-on in designing, building, and maintaining globally scalable distributed systems in the cloud. This is a leadership role and expected to be leading teams and product feature development and launches.

What You Will Do (Or Learn To Do) :

Being in a senior technical position, you will own and be responsible for architecture, design, code, and delivery of multiple features/projects/products.
Mentor/coach other engineers to help them perform at their best by performing code/design reviews, and providing all the technical directions.
Being hands-on, get into the ground-level technical details/depth whenever required.
Work with other engineering teams & cross-functional teams to address all the technical dependencies.
Actively participate in interviewing & hiring the top talents.
Innovate and suggest industry best practices, and participate in internal/external technical presentations.

What You Bring:

Strong CS fundamentals with an excellent track record of architecting, designing, developing, and delivering highly scalable products.
Passionate about writing code and code/design reviews, who believe in building high-quality systems.
Experience in distributed systems at cloud scale, microservices, large-scale web applications, and cloud technologies.
Startup experience and SaaS product development experience.
Experience and passion for leading teams.
Excellent communication skills with a can-do attitude/Self-starter.
This is a senior level role. You should bring minimum of 8-20+ years of relevant experience building enterprise-class software or consumer-facing software used by millions.
