We are looking for motivated leaders who are passionate about delivering successful outcomes and driving growth. The Engagement Manager accelerates the time to value of business outcomes by partnering with our customers to deliver the solution blueprint and success plan.
Your day to day (Responsibilities)
Ensure timely and on-budget delivery of assigned implementation
Work with Customer’s Project Manager to develop a Project Plan and keep it updated weekly
Measure, track & evaluate progress against the Project Plan for tasks assigned to Eightfold resources
Work with Customer’s Project Manager to develop a Change Management Plan and administer the Project Change Control Procedure
Work with the Customer Project Manager to resolve deviations from the Project Plan & Project Scope
Prepare weekly status reports for the tasks assigned to Eightfold resources, issue-tracking lists, and financial tracking of Eightfold charges
Review project tasks, schedules, and recommend resource adjustments in response to the changing needs of the engagement
Manage Eightfold project team resources and their day-to-day project tasks
Serve as an escalation point for Customers on project issues related to performance of the Eightfold team members or issues related to performance of the Eightfold application suite
Consume the SOW and Contracts to ensure change management process is followed and Change Orders are applied as needed to manage scope, resources and project budget
Manage day to day customer relationship during implementation
Partner with internal teams such as Product and Engineering to deliver successful implementations
Lead internal customer outcomes/ progress reporting and reviews including delivering weekly status report to customer and internal stakeholders
Invoke internal escalation process early (as needed) once identifying risks, apply mitigating actions and managing the path to green.
Continuous review and improvement of methodology and delivery best practices
Conduct Post Implementation Reviews to refine best practices
Foster associate development by performing on-going coaching and feedback delivery
Must haves:
3+ years of professional services, project management, or consulting experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Nice to haves:
Experience in managing IT, consulting, or SaaS project/implementations
Experience with ATS/HRIS systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, or Taleo or other talent/recruitment management software platforms
Experience in defining business requirements and additional scope for change orders and expansion
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
