JOB DESCRIPTION

Raytheon Technologies is seeking Early Career level Facilities Project Manager in Largo, Florida that will support small construction jobs (generally below $500k) for various facilities throughout the southeast region of the United States.

As a Facilities Project Manager you will be responsible for:

Implementing move standards and assuring the execution of factory moves in accordance with the occupancy plan aligned to the enterprise real estate strategy.
Managing facilitates customer requests in accordance with equipment specifications and customer requirements.
Plans, coordinates, and executes office space moves, adds, changes and relocations for all locations.
A project manager is responsible for all aspects of the project to include development of integrated master schedule, budget and scope for each project. 
Additional responsibilities include management of design and engineering services, contractor bidding, selection and award, change order management, stakeholder and client communications, move management, commissioning, decommissioning and project financial close-out.
Ensures compliance with scope of work and all contract obligations by inspecting or directing the inspection of construction and installation progress to ensure conformance to established drawings, specifications, and schedules.
Ensures environmental/IH and construction safety for all projects are being followed and documented.
Reviews and ensures that all facility or equipment specifications are followed to meet internal and governmental restrictions and requirements be executed on time, within budget and with per agreed design and scope. 

Requirements:

2-4 years of applicable experience including facility engineering or project management experience.
Ability to travel locally and domestically to job sites
Must be attentive to detail and produce a high quality of work.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate well at all levels of audiences using clear and concise language.
Proven ability to work well as a member of a team environment and under high stress situations.

Desired Skills:

2-4 years of applicable relevant facilities experience
Proven ability to listen and interpret internal customer and stakeholder project requirements and translate concepts to functional design objectives.
Must have proven ability to understand technical issues in sufficient detail to effectively articulate design concerns to Senior Management.
Experience coordinating designs with existing
Demonstrated experience in building ROM estimates in support of construction & tenant buildout actions.
Knowledge of facility operations and related services
Working knowledge of construction trades.
Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, MS Office Suite.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills.

Required Experience and Education

This role typically requires a Bachelor of Science degree in a related field (mechanical, electrical or civil engineering, architectural, or construction project management and 2 years of relevant experience

US Citizenship:

The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance..
