This position is open to candidates who live within 100 miles of Dunwoody, GA.
Where you’ll work:
This is a hybrid position that requires spending time working from home and in the office. After training, associates will work approximately 75% at home and 25% in the office.
Compensation:
Starting pay is $19.75 per hour.
You are also eligible for:
10% shift differential available for specific hours and weekends

Responsibilities
The Enterprise Care Center (ECC) is committed to solving our customers’ needs on first contact through simple, high-quality, and personalized experiences. We currently have the following types of shifts and openings:
Full-time
Shifts are evenings and Saturdays from 2:30pm - 11:00pm
*** Schedules require availability on the weekends***
Please Note:
Start Date: Monday, August 7th, 2023
Training is approximately 12 weeks duration
After training, associates will work approximately 75% at home and 25% in the office.
Training: Selected candidates will participate in mandatory training that is paid at the same hourly rate as after training! Training schedules will vary based on shift and role. The training continues beyond day one as well.
Training hours will be:
11:30 am – 8:00 pm
Onboarding: 8/7 - 8/9
Core: 8/10 - 10/6 (Monday – Friday)
1st week of nesting: 10/9 - 10/13 (Monday – Friday)
2nd two weeks of nesting: 10/14, 10/17 - 10/20; 10/21, 10/24 - 10/27 (Saturday, Wednesday - Friday)
New team members are eligible for promotional opportunities within the Enterprise Contact Center department after 6 months of service and 12 months for other opportunities at State Farm.

Qualifications
Retention Specialists include both licensed and unlicensed responsibilities. If selected for a role that requires licensing, you must obtain and maintain state licensing which include successfully completing all applicable licensing exam(s) and background checks required of various state(s), and obtain continuing education requirements.
