Your Responsibilities

As an Associate Manufacturing Engineer for JD Reman - Springfield located in Springfield, MO, you will….

Support Electronics remanufacturing operations by developing and implementing work instructions, routings, and labor standards. 
Implement preventative maintenance activities of machines, fixtures and gauges. 
Perform continuance improvement activities to address safety, quality and productivity.     
Implement LEAN manufacturing processes.

What Skills You Need

1 or more years of experience in electronics manufacturing operations
1 or more years of experience as manufacturing engineer in electronics manufacturing
1 or more years of experience implementing or trouble-shooting electronics manufacturing equipment

What Makes You Stand Out

Working knowledge of database management tools, process and production management systems. - Has understanding of the principles and can use the knowledge with support.
Background in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, Industrial) - Has understanding of the principles and can independently use them with some supervision
Skill in using computer aided design and/or engineering tools. - Has a good understanding of the principles and can use the knowledge with supervision.
Knowledge of manufacturing process, quality, tooling, tool design, total preventative maintenance and facilities. 

Education

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

Bachelor or Associate degree in: Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or 5 years of related experience.
