The P&G Amazon Customer Team is looking for dedicated and driven Data and Content Specialist to join the team, where you will be helping lead developing tools to update, audit and track econtent for Amazon P&G products to enable search engine optimization. Along with the data inputs for brand forecasts and budgets.
This role will be on our Baby Care business working closely on brands such as Pampers & Luvs. You will work with a team to help create winning plans to help forecast and grow the business over the course of the year.
This role is located in Issaquah, Washington (20 minutes outside of Seattle), and will have a hybrid work schedule where you are only expected to be in the office 2-3 days a week. This role is one of several specialist roles that currently support the P&G Amazon team. Role & Responsibilities
Lead onsite audits, tracking and escalation of Amazon retail web pages for P&G products. Collaborate with the team on recommended changes and updates.
Budget tracking & financial stewardship, including ownership of bill payment processing and tracking in company and customer systems.
Leading internal detailed forecasting inputs. Look at data trends to determine right forecast for certain brands and adjust them in company systems.
Designing and executing digital coupons, including consulting with brand and sales teams on coupon strategy, setting up coupons in internal and external systems, and tracking historical executions to aid in post event ROI analysis and inform future strategies.

Qualifications
A minimum of a high school diploma, GED or equivalent education; Bachelor's degree preferred
Possess excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills
Mastery of Microsoft Office including excellent proficiency with Outlook, strong Excel and Word skills
Prior experience in data administration in a professional setting preferred or have demonstrably strong technical skills and high aptitude for learning new software/systems
Analytics: Competency in developing business/category knowledge, and ability to leverage analytics and data into insights
