Job Description

As a member of the Corporate Finance department, the Consolidations Manager will play a key role in the consolidation of our divisions' financial information to be presented to senior management and published in quarterly SEC filings (10-Q/10-K). This person will be involved in the monthly and quarterly consolidation process, which will include heavy balance sheet analysis work, preparation of financial statements and footnotes, approving topside entries, maintaining detailed integrity of the financial database, preparing documentation for senior management, along with ad-hoc reporting requests and special projects.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

•    Monthly and quarterly consolidation process
•    Work closely with local finance and accounting teams, as well as various corporate finance teams (FP&A, Tax, SEC Reporting, etc.)
•    Review analysis work performed by staff
•    Analysis of various balance sheet accounts
•    Analysis of various roll forward accounts
•    Prepare quarterly management reporting for senior management
•    Ad-Hoc Reports and Analysis
•    Data input, processing, and output
•    Support the Sarbanes-Oxley compliance efforts
•    Ad-Hoc Special Projects

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

•    Bachelor’s degree in Accounting 
•    Big 4 accounting firm experience is preferred
•    5 plus years of total experience including leadership experience in management or in a supervisory role
•    CPA license
•    Strong organizational skills
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and an ability to work with diverse groups of people
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work well under pressure, handle multiple projects and manage resources
•    Quick learning team player that is highly motivated and energetic
