As one of our Business Operations Specialists, you will be responsible for budget management, vendor management and payments, managing our multiple Financial Systems, reporting needs and process documentation.

You will support ongoing invoice, budget, and vendor management process
You will track SOW’s, contracts, and invoices received and review for accuracy while managing the final payment process
You will manage internal and external expense inquiries
You have experience working with systems that track budget information
You have experience reviewing functionality and providing recommendations for how to manage work, documenting best practices to navigate new tools, applications, and vendor payment rules
You will train associates on how to navigate new applications and financial business processes.
You will create and communicate reports for partner firms and internal business partners
You will be responsible for partnering with the Experiential Marketing leadership team to manage approx. $30M in budgets against projections, committed spend and actuals
