As a Sr. Strategic Sourcing Analyst within the Strategic Sourcing and Procurement (SS&P) group, you will leverage your thought leadership and subject matter expertise to execute sourcing initiatives in support of the enterprise-wide business priorities of the Information Technology Group, North American Client Group, Global Business Services, Investment Group and Investment Operations. By leveraging your continuous improvement mindset, you will enable smooth operations between the sourcing teams, business organizations in your support area and other stakeholders such as Finance, Program Management, Risk and Legal. You will help drive business value by leading negotiations, contracting and contract management. Additionally, you will be responsible for advising key stakeholders on negotiations in alignment with the stakeholder’s strategic objectives. Lastly, you will drive process optimization, vendor management enablement and category management. Every day, you’ll leverage your end-to-end sourcing, contracting, vendor management expertise to make recommendations to support business needs.

You have previous experience in strategic sourcing and are comfortable driving negotiations and working with contracts in any of the following areas: professional services, office services & facilities, human resources, outsourced technology labor and business applications.
You have demonstrated ability to build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders and can leverage relationships to influence senior business leaders on strategic business matters.
