Job Description
Responsibilities:
Develop a clear understanding of technical processes with an objective to:
Automate and script technical processes.
Convert & automate all current manual tasks
Develop a clear understanding of existing
Monitoring tools & technology
Alert & Lifeline mechanisms
Enterprise Management System & solution(s)
Managing relationships with app dev and IT staff
Required Skills:
4 years of coding experience in at least two of the following Python Shell scripting VB etc
2 years of experience in either developing or converting manual processes into automated scripts
Experience in at least two of the following technologies Unix Windows Databases and or Networks OR experience in at least one of the above mentioned technologies coupled with experience in system support UNIX or Windows
Excellent communication skills
Ability to deliver in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
Ability to develop successful client-effective relationships
Strong team player
Strong knowledge of Incident Problems and Change Management processes
Desired Skills:
Python
Experience in the Financial services industry
Systems administration experience
