Responsibilities

Summary

We at Envision Physician Services (“Envision”) have an exciting opportunity for an experienced LOCUMS RECRUITER II to join our ENVOY team. The primary focus and responsibilities of a LOCUMS Recruiter II involve working closely with Envision Operations Managers, Physicians, and our Advanced Practice Provider candidates; coordinating applicant submissions and initiating the locum privileging process. This role is responsible for creating and executing effective recruiting plans and managing the recruitment needs for all assigned hospital facilities and specialties (i.e., Anesthesia, Radiology, Emergency Medicine, Hospitalist Medicine, and Women’s & Children’s Services).

The ENVOY Recruiter II (formal title) position is offered on a Remote Centric Hybrid basis. We expect our Locums Recruiters to primarily work from home. You may be required to come to an Envision Healthcare office from time to time for meetings.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Working in a remote capacity, you will generate and develop leads through the coordination of advertisements, text messages, cold calling, referrals, mass mailings, Internet sourcing, social media, and attendance at conventions.
Initiate contact and timely follow-up with prospective Locum candidates; document all actions in database accordingly
Develop comprehensive recruiting plans for specific vacancies
Coordinate candidate screens, interviews, and presentations of qualified clinician applicants meeting hospital and state licensing requirements; evaluate candidates for positions and organizational match
Review new contracts and job descriptions with Operations Managers with an understanding of job expectations, timelines, and be able to establish how best to source clinicians
Create Recruiting Marketing Plans and post positions on social media outlets
Conduct feedback calls for new locum clinicians after 30/60 day intervals to provide Operations Managers with their first impressions of facility and enhance retention efforts
Attend National and Regional conferences, virtually and on-site, as requested
Maintain regular contact with Locums candidates through their effective start dates and beyond for retention purposes
Update clinicians on presentations and credentialing status; follow up on outstanding paperwork, and guide clinicians through the Envision workflow;
Liaise with Operations team to meet clinician travel requirements (i.e., travel, rental car, etc.);
Adhere to Information Security Policies and ensure that Envision remains as secure as possible.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's Degree from a four-year College or University and 2+ years’ experience in a recruiting, sales, marketing, or business development capacity; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience recruiting physicians or specialty nurses highly preferred.
Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems.
