Primary Responsibilities:
Supporting Investment bankers from junior to senior level.
Maintain executives' calendar, schedule all meetings and conference calls, handle meeting conflicts and prioritization issues.
Prepare and submit all expense reports.
Maintain executives CRM.
Coordinate travel both domestic and international.
Qualifications
5 plus years’ experience working in Investment Banking.
Demonstrates a high level of integrity and professionalism.
Strong written and verbal skills.
Must be an enthusiastic, positive team player who is willing to help out and who works well with colleagues.
