In this role, you will provide strategic HR partnership to the Global Growth Organization LT (BCC, Fem/Adult, Family Care, Innovation and Commercial Transformation, which representants direct support to 5 VPs and more than 20 MAAP leaders) to drive, influence and implement people strategies that support and align with business needs. The incumbent of this role will also be responsible for leading transformational projects across GGO and Finance. This position reports directly to the HR Associate Director, Global Finance and GGO.

In this role, you will:

Strategic HR Leadership

Serve as a strategic business advisor to the Global Growth Organization leadership teams (BCC, Fem/Adult, Family Care, Innovation and Commercial Transformation) on key organizational, talent and cultural matters bringing our Global People Strategy to life.
Lead and activate the HR People Strategy within respective client groups that includes leadership on change management, organizational design, organizational effectiveness, ID&E, talent development and executive coaching.
Develop a strategic partnership with the functional leaders at all levels through the alignment of business goals, targets, strategy and competition, financials, market dynamics, levers and issues.
Provide leadership to guide the development and deployment of HR strategies that will attract, develop, retain, and engage the breadth of talent required to support their mission, strategic focus areas, and goals.
Provide strategic leadership for the design and deployment of programs and processes to develop and enhance individual and group performance, effectiveness, and continuous growth.

Organizational Development and Change Leadership

Responsible for creating, deploying, and monitoring effectiveness of the respective client groups to enable the Global Growth strategy with an emphasis on effectiveness, change management, culture evolution, and talent development.
Provide insights to leadership team and overall organizational health and effectiveness; develops plans and assesses resources to enable the build of high-performance teams and recruiting, development and retaining key talent.
Collaborate with the leadership team and facilitate the development of a culture of high performance and employee engagement.
Partner at all levels to build organizational capacity and capability to meet current and evolving needs, strategic directions, mission, and goals through organizational development (OD) and organizational effectiveness (OE) leadership and consultation.
Coach leaders throughout the organization on employee communication, employee & leadership development, business decision-making, problem-solving and performance management strategies and tactics that promote engagement and continuous growth.
In partnership with leadership, leads the deployment of HR and talent program including talent development, compensation planning, succession planning, performance management, employee communications, and employee relations.

Talent & HR Program Deployment

Work with Centers of Excellence to solve business opportunities in the areas of staffing, capability building, compensation, change management and organizational effectiveness.
Partner with Diversity and Inclusion to integrate diversity and inclusion strategies into client groups and HR plans to support an inclusive culture and align with organizational initiatives and goals.
Provide business and employee perspective and insights to HR Centers of Excellence to influence corporate processes.
Develop and retain top talent by facilitating talent assessment using Kimberly-Clark’s standard performance management process and build plans to develop and deploy our key talent.
Align and cascade the Kimberly-Clark Global People Strategy, including workforce planning initiatives, talent development deployment, employee engagement initiatives and change management leadership.

Stakeholder Management & Communications

Work closely with regional/local HR leaders, HR Business Partners, Compensation Partners and Talent Acquisition leads to effectively implement GGO HR Strategy. 
Create and lead a global HR community to work in partnership on all People related topics, regardless of reporting lines.

The successful candidate will join the HR Finance team and report to Associate HR Director of Global Functions.
