Overview
Our Finance team plays a critical role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, optimal financial management, and efficient operations across the organization. We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Financial Analyst to join the team, based in New York. When possible, you will have the opportunity to study for and take applicable FINRA registration exams.

Responsibilities
Provide accounting and clerical support to the Finance Department
Manage and verify all expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies
Audit and coordinate invoices for proper approval and accuracy
Manage Concur transactions including invoice processing, new user entry, vendor imports, and PO approvals
Enter and upload invoices into applicable systems
Update and support contracts database
Assist with due diligence process, KYC files, and document control
Prepare and maintain various GL account schedules and reconciliations
Manage and coordinate the Finance Department’s project calendar
Support the reconciliation of monthly AMEX Corporate Card statements by sending statements to card holders for review and approval
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
1+ years of related work experience; internship experience counts
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
FINRA Series 99 license is a plus
