Primary Accountabilities/Responsibilities:???
Assist customers, brokers, and IBs (Introducing Brokers) while acting as an intermediary between internal StoneX departments such as risk, compliance, accounting, operations, legal etc
Understanding the pre-trade risk controls and capabilities of multiple front end trading platforms
Understanding and utilizing StoneX internal platforms such as MyStoneX, Engage, Position Manager, Salesforce, and Power BI
Analyze customers daily PNL, margins,
Run sample portfolios for potential clients using StoneX back-office systems
Monitor and assist with client margin and funding issues
Prepare and assist marketing and internal documents
Begins to develop a current knowledge of the laws and regulations that pertain to the CES.
Keeps abreast of new developments in the field their internship is in.
Maintains a satisfied level of customer service with clients both internal and external.
Properly handles client requests through responsiveness, follow-up and escalation to a more senior team member if necessary.
Monitor and correct any trade breaks or errors
Address last trading day positions with clients, communicating with Risk and Compliance regarding action to liquidate a client’s position

Minimum Job Requirements:?
Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a relevant program and graduating between December 2023 and August 2024?(entering penultimate year of university)?
Available for a June 2023 start date for an 8 – 10-week program?
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite?
Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with tact and discretion?
Strong verbal/written communication abilities and effective interpersonal skills?
Strong sense of urgency?
Strong work ethic and emphasis on attention to detail?
Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer ?
