Summary
CHS has an exciting opportunity in our Country Operations Division as a full time Inventory Coordinator at our Ronan, MT location. This role will require you to build strong customer relationships by assisting with order status, invoicing, billing, researching customer questions, complaints, and billing disputes. You will also be responsible for coordinating delivery and pickup, vendor shipments, resolving shipment disputes, unloading, and organizing seed shipments. The ideal candidate for this role will be proficient in Microsoft excel and understand the fundamentals of other Microsoft software. You must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, be self-motivated and work well in a team setting.

Responsibilities
Work with patrons in a courteous and professional manner. Direct customer contact, build strong customer relationships; assist with order status, research and resolve all customer questions, complaints, and disputes relating to billing.
Manage the customer invoicing process; resolve vendor invoicing issues with billing and/or vendors, approve all customer invoices prior to release, manage customer disputes, research and provide solutions to customer issues.
Enter inventory data and orders into system, manage order fulfillment, utilize vendor websites for ordering and grower licensing, manage customer prepays and vendor prepays, ensure all record keeping is up-to-date. Develop knowledge of assigned products/programs.
Coordinate customer delivery and pick-up, coordinate vendor shipments, resolve shipment disputes, unload and organize seed shipments
Run VRT (variable rate technology) maps & recommendations and coordinate grid samples.
Understand the business functions of sales team and assist the team in improving the efficiency and profitability of the location(s) assigned.
Follow through with sales team, customers, and vendors as it relates to all programs.
Ensure that federal and state regulations pertaining to products are observed and adhered to.
Perform other duties as needed or assigned.
Minimum Qualifications (required)
1+ years of experience in Supply Chain and Procurement and/or Inventory Analysis
High School diploma or GED
