General Summary:
Qualcomm's Information Security & Risk Management (ISRM) / Identity & Access Management team is looking for a senior level engineer/analyst for a fast paced and global environment. As a team member you will be participating in protecting our intellectual property, ensuring compliance, improving operational efficiencies, and enabling the business for success. This role will interface with key business partners and IT functions to do requirement gathering, evaluation, design, testing and processes improvement in support of critical Identity and Access Management Services. It will plan, conduct and direct the analysis of business problems to be solved with existing identity services and contributes to aligning existing and potential solutions with evolving business requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
• 7+ years of IT-relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree.
OR
9+ years of IT-relevant work experience without a Bachelor’s degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in IT-related field.
Experience in IAM related projects and programs
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborates with Business Unit Management to understand business needs, and strategizes/recommends Identity and Access Management solutions to address them.
Has a strong understanding of existing Identity and Access Management product portfolio and aligns needs as appropriate. Recommends enhancements or new services for critical gaps.
Works directly with Business Unit Management to ensure new systems and/or applications operate according to user requirement specifications.
Communicates within and outside of project team to resolve conflicts in implementation schedules, design challenges, and other complexities.
Networks with colleagues across the organization to gain insights, ideas, and connections.
Gathers and synthesizes a series of technical issues that affect customers, projects, or other areas of an overall system into an appropriate document and provides recommendations to senior leadership.
Participates with global team in providing solutions support and service improvements

Preferred Skills:
Hands on experience with Identity and Access Management solutions including: Identity Governance, Single Sign, Access Management, and Multi Factor Authentication.
Detailed understanding of software development lifecycle and processes.
Experience with Saviynt Identity Governance platform.
MS Azure AD and Identity knowledge.
Understanding of MS Conditional Access policies.
Experience in analyzing data and metrics for operational excellence
