Job Summary:

As a Senior Logistician Specialist, you will be responsible for executing and leading tasks in the areas of ILS, Sustainment Planning, and Logistics Management.  In this role, you’re accountable for managing Raytheon repairs and spares procurement status and progress with Manufacturing, Logistics, Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain teams.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:

Provide general engineering support for product sustainment activities
Define and promote technical strategies for long-term product sustainment
Describe and sponsor cost-effective Product Support and Depot Maintenance strategies
Leading the development of ILS strategies for various programs as they transition from development or production into sustainment
Collect provisioning/reliability data to develop spares allocations.
Experience generating and interpreting Parts Lists, Bill of Materials, Reliability, Manufacturing and Supply Chain data
Mentoring Jr. Logistician Specialists
Present and participate in Program Reviews, external Customer meetings, and team status meetings
Reviewing data deliverables and participating in peer reviews
Communicate effectively, both horizontally and vertically across the organization.

Domestic & International travel may be offered (approximately 5% domestic and <5% international)

This job is posted as Hybrid.  Commuting costs to and from the Woburn facility are the responsibility of the incumbent.

Qualifications You Must Have:

Typically Requires:  Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience OR an Associate’s Degree and 7+ years of relevant experience OR an advanced degree in a related field and 3+ years’ relevant experience. In absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience is required.

Employment Experience:

Sustainment experience in a military or civilian environment
Spares modeling, allocation or list development experience
The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. US citizenship is required as only US citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Qualifications We Value:

Level of Repair Analysis (LORA) development
 Product Support Strategy and Depot Maintenance strategy development
Creating models and prediction for analysis of repairs, spares and utilization of products
Experience with analytical tools, special weight given to subject matter experts in OPUS Optimization Software
Comfort with forecasting and modeling tools, including readiness based sparing models and statistical simulations for government spares and repairs
Systems thinking to enhance logistics decision making and support customer modeling
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience developing technical documents and training materials
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
