ImmixGroup, the public sector arm of Arrow Electronics, is seeking qualified candidates to fill an exciting and challenging Business Operations Analyst role. ImmixGroup is a leading value-added IT distributor that delivers mission-driven results to the public sector.

The ideal candidates will be working from day one to help support critical business needs, work in conjunction and cross functionally with multiple teams (including sales, MI, IT, engineering, legal, finance and shared services), and support the ISO program within ImmixGroup.

What You’ll Be Doing

? Responsible for bridging the gap between business and IT, assessing systems and processes, determining and translating requirements to IT and communicating back to the business stakeholders.

? Collaborate with project delivery team to streamline product delivery.
? Facilitate formal communication cadences with project stakeholders.
? Prioritize projects ensuring focus on the highest business values.
? Demonstrate a proactive approach and sense of urgency on customers' behalf, anticipates customers' requirements, and communicates efforts in a timely and effective manner.
? Perform sales support functions to provide the highest level of service and customer satisfaction while maintaining efficiencies in corporate operational processes and procedures.
? Responsible for the day-to-day business operations activities.
? Identify and solve problems in various fields or specialized areas.
? Identify ways to reduce system complexities and support costs, new areas of opportunities for automation that increases efficiencies, reduces costs, helps sales related strategies and provides business insights and intelligence.
? Develop and implement early detection models to identify impending problem areas or slips in SLA's and Quality; ensuring performance and security elements are embedded into the business processes.
? Collect data, interpret information and analyze results. Support business with urgent data pulls and visualizations.
? Develop and maintain technical documentation, process flows, procedure documents, work instructions for core ISO processes.

What Are We Looking For?

Experience with requirements engineering is required
Experience with Agile and/or Six Sigma is preferred
Exposure to MS Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise or Microsoft 365 Government Community Cloud High (GCC High) is a plus
Analytical thinking and problem solving
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
Strong attention to detail and be highly organized
