As an Estimator, you will assess and appraise vehicle damage, estimate the costs of repairs or replacements, and communicate estimates and options with insurance companies, dealership personnel, and our valued customers.

Pay for this position is $21/hr plus commission.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

3 or more years of Collision Industry Estimating and repair planning.

Strong and thorough knowledge of collision estimating programs (CCC1 and Mitchell UM/Connect).

Understanding current vehicle safety systems.

Able to negotiate with Insurance partners and communicate effectively and clearly.

Proficient at balancing supplements and invoicing for delivery.

The Customer Service Experience must be at a very high level.

European manufacture knowledge of Collision Repair is a preferred by not required.

Able to navigate Manufacturer parts websites, repair instructions, supplemental instructions, photo submitting, handle 25-30 vehicles at one time and track insurance payments on claims.

Must be able to multi-task and have a positive attitude.

Proficient with Windows and Outlook.

Be willing to travel maybe once a year for paid factory collision training and education.

Knowledge of B.A.R. rules and proper documentation is a must.

Willing to work 40 hours per week, Monday thru Friday from 8am to 5pm.
