Manufacturing Data Analyst
The Manufacturing Data Analyst is responsible for system integrated tracking and reporting of Hill’s Pet Nutrition performance and operational data and KPIs.
This role will review and redesign our manufacturing team processes to improve system effectiveness, drive data driven decision making and improve business responsiveness. Are you curious and creative when allocating information and/or improving ERPs processes? You definately need to apply!
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Master data management in SAP - SKU set up, packaging set up
Place purchase orders to external partners according to the allocated capacity
Periodic up-date of SKU prices in the system
Enter actual production quantities and recording Post Goods Issue
Process Inventory adjustments
Manage goods receipt vs invoice receipt balance
Manage yield reports
Support Finance with timely payment resolutions
Support month end close process
Support working capital and cost of obsolescence management
Manage and order packaging components for the co-packing operations
Use integrated performance KPIs and analytical tools to identify patterns, trends and solutions

Education/ Experience Requirements
SAP experience
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel / Google sheets
Experience in plant operations role (preferred)
Bachelor’s Degree in business or technical discipline
