We offer Competitive hourly rates, with a starting wage of $21.75 per hour (entry level) and a top out rate of $ $25.71.

DOUBLE TIME on Sundays and holidays

Shift differential for back shifts (approx. half of scheduled shifts per year)

Overtime assigned based on business needs and is not guaranteed

12-hour shifts (front and back shift)

6:50-18:50; 18:50-6:50

One 48-hour week and one 36-hour week each pay period

Basic Qualifications:

Two years of high-speed manufacturing/production experience required (consecutive time preferred)

Ability to maintain a work schedule of 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime

High School Diploma or GED

2 years of continuous work experience

Basic computer skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Post-secondary education (college courses and/or technical certificate.

Technical training.

Four or more years manufacturing experience

High mechanical aptitude

Proficient use of computers

Understanding of lean principles

Essential accountabilities include the following:

Perform all tasks in a safe manner

Maintains required skill levels and knowledge of robotic cell processes, quality control, and other techniques for maximizing the effective movement of goods

Makes decisions on when to stop the machine when equipment issues may cause an unsafe environment

Perform all tasks to standard, including but not all inclusive:

Stretch Wrap replacement

Labels

Ribbon

Working at heights

Conveyor Jams

RTOPS / Damaged Cases

Accepts direction from designated leaders

Accepts and gives constructive feedback easily

Perform all tasks in a safe manner

Manage cell downtime to complete deep cleaning that cannot be completed when cell is running

Support Robotic Cell Lead and Day Process Specialist in 24/7 problem solving and development of own problem-solving capability.

TPM – execution of TPM standards; utilization and teaching Job Breakdown Sheets (JBS)

Work with Robotic Cell lead and Day Process Specialist in the development and execution of grade changes

Flexibility - willingness to adjust break schedules to enable the successful completion of asset events (i.e. changeovers, PMs, TPM)

Interacts with Operations and Quality to provide feedback as needed

Accurately communicates with Asset Leader / Plant Leadership and all other departments as needed
