Supply Chain Process Analyst

As Supply Chain Analyst, you will work cross-functionally to enable data-driven decision-making by delivering custom made reporting and visualizations to our Supply Chain partners. You will have an opportunity to work on SC Control Tower, a dynamic product development team focused on providing data visibility and analytics to solve business problems. In addition, you will drive ad hoc projects to meet specific, time sensitive, needs. Our team works in a Scrum/Agile environment.

The target location for this role is Land O’Lakes Corporate Headquarters in Arden Hills, MN, however this position can be remote (virtual) and located anywhere in the USA.

Projects will focus on general data analytics, process improvements, and support of supply chain technology implementations. Cross-functional partners will include supply chain and business stakeholders, IT, customers, suppliers, and solution providers.

70% - Lead or participate in strategic Control Tower and Analytics projects.  Develop reports and analytics to support network, warehouse, inventory, transportation and planning functions.

20% - Identify and assist in the implementation of technology, tools and processes to improve the reliability of information and enhance decision making capabilities.

10% - Ad Hoc assistance and support to various logistics teams throughout Land O’Lakes.

Experience-Education (Required):

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Logistics, or related field

2+ years’ experience in Supply Chain Design, Network Optimization, or Operations Research.

Competencies-Skills (Required):

Sound understanding of Supply Chain Operations / Logistics principles and activities

Strong analytical skills

Strong organizational and project management skills

Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
