Responsibilities:
• Work with senior software engineers to develop, design, configure, test, and document software solutions
based on product manager requirements.
• Assist members of the ENG department in both daily activities and special projects to learn and gain
experiences related to the function and its role in achieving business objectives.
• Work within defined project timelines to complete tasks according to project schedule.
• Follow agile processes in compliance with TSV’s Agile methodology and participate in daily scrum
meetings, and sprint retrospectives.
• Gather statistics and prepare reports on the status of projects for discussion with management and team
members.
• Determine, develop, and maintain user manuals and guidelines.
• Gain exposure to the business needs by developing and implementing processes and new technologies
Qualifications:
• Education: Pursing Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field required
• GPA: 3.0 or higher required
• Software Knowledge: Experience or knowledge of specific technologies or languages such as Java, C#,
C/C++, SQL, HTML, JavaScript
