The Manager Financials Analysis I or II plays a key role in the Supply Chain organization for Ecolab Latin America. The primary responsibility is leading a team supporting all aspects of supply chain finance including procurement, manufacturing, and logistics. This position reports to the Director Supply Chain Finance International Markets and is a partner to the Supply Chain and Finance leadership within the LA region. The LA Region consists of 11 manufacturing sites, 44 warehouse locations, ~$1B in sales and ~$0.5B in total delivered costs.
What You Will Do:
You will lead a team of 2 direct reports (procurement finance) and 3 indirect reports (SC Finance)
Enhance existing and develop new reporting and analytics for providing insights into the supply chain owned costs impacting gross margin in areas such as raw materials, production, freight, warehousing, and other costs of sales
Oversee the monthly forecast processes for Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement, and other Supply Chain costs.
Analyze trends due to external factors such as feedstock changes and foreign exchange and internal factors such as volume and mix by market. Review, investigate and report on significant variances. Drive continuous improvement in understanding and transparency.
Partner with procurement and division teams to identify, track, and drive savings opportunities (e.g. net structural savings, gross margin initiatives, pricing)
Drive performance management across manufacturing and logistics networks
Lead and continuously improve the annual budget and standard cost processes for Supply Chain in the region
Facilitate business partnerships with Division Finance, Global Supply Chain finance, Commercial teams, and Procurement through accurate and timely analysis and reporting on SC drivers
Support Oracle Enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation in LA Region as needed
Serve as the main SC Finance contact for the region and provide ad hoc reporting and analysis as necessary
Collaborate with teams outside the LA Region to share best practices and continuously improve
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
Minimum 6+ years of direct accounting or finance experience
Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese and English
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with SAP, JDE, Oracle, Power BI, and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) consolidation tools
Understanding of the company P&L, and how/where Supply Chain can help to drive profitability
Forecasting and budgeting experience
Experience in managing large data sets and data extraction from various systems
Ability to effectively communicate complex information in a succinct and clear manner
