Job Description

Primary Accountabilities/Responsibilities:??? 

This internship will target Agricultural Business, Agricultural Economics, Agricultural Education, Agricultural Communications, Statistics, Engineering, Milling Science, Agronomy, and Business Administration majors.

Interns are responsible for maintaining satisfied clients by delivering assistance and support to the staff of the department they are assigned to on various projects.? 

Begins to develop a current knowledge of futures, options and OTC products that pertain to the department they are assigned to. 

Keeps abreast of new developments in the field their internship is in. 

Maintains a satisfied level of customer service with clients both internal and external. 

Properly handles client requests through responsiveness, follow-up and escalation to a more senior team member if necessary. 

Works proactively with other team members. 

Maintains prompt and regular attendance.

Minimum Job Requirements:? 

Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a relevant program and graduating between December 2023 and August 2024?(entering penultimate year of university)? 

Available for a June 2023 start date for an 8 – 10-week program? 

Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite? 

Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with tact and discretion? 

Strong verbal/written communication abilities and effective interpersonal skills? 

Strong sense of urgency? 

Strong work ethic and emphasis on attention to detail? 

Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer ?
