Job Description
Job Summary:
The Shop Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing professional and confidential administrative support to all facets of the internal shop, and parts operation.
Job Schedule: Monday-Friday (7:00 AM-3:30 PM)
Responsibilities:
– Provide clerical and administrative assistance to the Service Manager and shop staff.
– Prepare and distribute all requested reports and correspondence to various locations.
– Collect, analyze, and compile data and prepare statistical shop status and reports.
– Type, fax, and mail general letters, memos, and other correspondence.
– Coordinate ordering of departmental supplies and office equipment maintenance
– Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 6-12+ months in a relevant field is preferred
– Pass CRST background check and drug test
