Better requires process discipline and simplification

We will be looking to you to demonstrate exceptional expertise and proficiency within the contract management discipline. You will play a key role as a contributor and ambassador in continuously improving GSP’s contract management related procedures, systems, communications, and training. This will involve building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with GSP team members, WU Legal, and WU business units engaged in contract administration activities. You will also draft, evaluate, negotiate and execute supplier contracts, statements of work, letters of authorization, non-disclosure agreements and other legal documents supporting multiple internal lines of business to ensure compliance with WU policies and applicable laws and regulations. In addition, you’ll be proficient in maintaining databases and repositories of supplier agreements (Ariba, SharePoint, Oracle).

Degree-educated or having relevant financial services experience, you will have knowledge of contract law, terms and conditions, and applicable regulations, laws, and policies. You will have Excellent analytical and assessment skills including the ability to summarize results and communicate conclusions concisely Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of employees, management, vendors, partners and third parties. You will also collaborate and present efficiency improvements.
