As a Videographer and Editor you will have the opportunity to exercise your creativity and tell the story of Western Union. You will be a valued member of the Western Union communications team and visually support telling the stories of the company’s purpose, people, programs, products, and customers across internal and external channels.
You will be responsible for scheduling, filming, editing and delivery of final video projects. Additional responsibilities include podcasting, graphic design, and delivering requests for a diverse set of multi-media projects for teams across the enterprise. The ideal candidate for this role is detail oriented and will have strong, creative, and visual storytelling skills. Other must have skills include knowledge and command of video production software, lighting, and equipment including but not limited to Canon C300 mkii cameras, Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Audition, and Photoshop).
Proficiency with staging, production, camera positioning, and working in a studio environment are necessary. You should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work across multiple teams and leadership levels in a highly matrixed and fast-paced organization. A minimum of 5-7 years of video production experience, with the ability and confidence to recommend and determine creative flow and style of video projects is essential.
