Responsibilities

Job Summary / Purpose

In conjunction with senior staff, the Administrative Assistant assists with organizing and implementing administrative components of daily workflows and business strategies for MSSP and Commercial Contracts in the CIN based on department priorities. The Administrative Assistant I will provide guidance for CIN Staff in conjunction with assigned strategies. They will be responsible for completing administrative duties within the department and will collaborate extensively with management and staff to assist with ongoing technical and clerical needs within the CIN.  They will direct communication among CIN partners to ensure proper coordination of meetings, projects, and assignments as designated.

Essential Key Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the coordination and implementation of daily work assignments for the Care Management Staff based on current strategies. 
Liaises with senior staff for successful communication of technical and clerical support within current department systems. 
Handles clerical duties to include supply order, mail sorting, and ticket entry for building/equipment maintenance.
Addresses GAPS in Care Protocol maintenance for Medicare Advantage Programs.
Assists senior staff with new initiative coordination as required. 
Assists in gathering data for quality projects.
Provides back-up assistance for MBO with Kronos entry, daily Huddle numbers reports, and meeting coordination.
Submits, tracks, and communicates IT tickets with staff members for problem resolution and trending.
Other projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Requires 2+ years administrative experience in a medical office setting
