JOB DESCRIPTION

Program management, project management and product management experience in design, delivery and ongoing support for global equities trading and allocation product (Americas, EMEA and APAC markets including ID)
Exposure to Cash Desk, Program Trading, DMA and Algo trading, both for cash equites and equities SWAP, trading through allocation.
Strong administrative skills to help senior developer leads manage a global equities technology team
Excellent spoken and written skills
Good PowerPoint, Microsoft Visio, Excel, and Jira skills
Ability to interface with technical staff and senior business management
Can run large global project meetings with senior management, front office, operations, technology, and compliance participants
Able to draft requirements documents for business, compliance, risk, technology, operations stakeholder groups approval that are then used by technology to draft technical requirements
Hands-on Fidessa and Eze EMS experience a strong plus
