Shape our training programs...

As Wireline Technical Training Instructor, you'll provide expertise in technical learning, designs and training solutions for Wireline. You'll develop and deliver wireline field operations technical trainings virtually and in-person, internally and externally. You will be responsible to maintain wireline equipment at the training center and manage the inventory levels.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Providing expertise in analyzing learning needs, designing training solutions for the Wireline function.
Focusing on delivering technical training essential for the Wireline business.
Redefining processes and procedures on a regular basis and require frequent interaction with adjacent functions.
Handling all field services training related activities for both employees and customers, including delivering product, system and process trainings.
Handling communication with different districts and manages trainings roster and registration.
Maintaining equipment at the training center per the procedures.
Conducting regular inventory/asset count.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services).
Have a minimum of 5 years of experience as Wireline Field Engineer / Specialist with Baker Hughes.
Have extensive experience in Wireline field operations.
Have sound knowledge about Baker Hughes Wireline processes.
