Job Description
Job Summary:
The intern will assist the department in providing support to the area. In addition, they may be assigned specific projects either as part of, or in addition to, the day-to-day activities related to the assignment.
Job Duties:
Reconcile general ledger accounts
Create and post monthly journal entries
Research issues with Accounts payable
Research issues with Accounts receivables
Create Accounts Receivable aging reports and correspond with delinquent accounts
Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience Requirements:
Strong computer skills and keyboarding skills
Completion of Accounting 101 and 102
This position requires use of information which is subject to compliance with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). To conform to U.S. Government export regulations/ITAR, applicant must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
