Job Description
As a full-time full stack developer consultant at Level20, you’ll apply both your technical and entrepreneurial skills as part of a cross-functional team, leading the technical efforts of small group of experienced developers while building consumer-facing SaaS-based products. At Level20 (https://www.Level20.com), Progressive’s growth incubator, we fuel growth for the company through the exploration and development of new-to-market products. Our cross-functional team has the backing of Progressive, which gives us access to a larger resource pool than a traditional start up.
This is a hybrid role in downtown Cleveland, OH with free parking. Work from home days are possible for this position (Monday/Friday).
Must-have qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study and eight years of related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs and applications
Instead of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher and ten years related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs and applications
Preferred skills
Demonstrated expertise in a modern JavaScript-based framework (Angular, React, Vue)
Demonstrated expertise in server-side programming (Node, C#, Java, Python)
Database technologies (RDBMS, NoSQL)
Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, Google)
Previous experience in leading a small team of development engineers is a plus
Compensation
$125,000-$160,000/year
Gainshare bonus up to 40% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
