As a Data Analyst Senior to Lead on the Claims Control Medical Team you will dive into the exciting world of PIP/Med Pay processes. You will support Medical Process/Field leadership by exploring trends and proposing solutions to enhance medical feature handling. Your contributions will directly impact a $ 1.5 billion per year function of operations (so it will not go unseen). As a critical thinker on this team you will look at problems in an analytical fashion and outside the typical business operations status quo. In this role you will need strong communication/presentation skills and the ability to explain complicated things simply. We measure our success in providing excellent customer service to our business partners defined by the quality, efficiency, and accuracy of our work.

Must-have qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of 3 year analytical work experience.
In lieu of a quantitative degree, a bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 5 years of analytical work experience.
In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 6 years of analytical work experience
Preferred skills
Experience in leading & facilitating high visibility presentations
Coding Wizard (SQL, SAS, or R/Python)
Some background in Data Science/Modeling
Background/knowledge of dispute/litigation processes
Compensation
$66,300 - $107,000/year depending on position level and experience
Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
