This position can be remote or have an on-site office, as desired. The Talent Acquisition Partner will have the opportunity to attend on-site employee resource group meetings, hiring events, employee appreciation events, etc.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will implement strategies with hiring managers and HR to source, screen, and select talent.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers and HR Partners to develop and execute recruiting strategies to fill open positions with the right candidate at the right time based on your comprehensive understanding of each role and our business units
Advise hiring managers and HR Partners regarding hiring activities, external talent trends, internal employee feedback, and process improvement needs to optimize talent acquisition efforts
Use Oracle Recruit Cloud, our applicant tracking system (ATS) to capture candidate data and disposition candidates in real time
Build a robust and diverse pipeline of top talent through the use of LinkedIn, job boards, social networking sites, and user groups
Partner across the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence to support strategic initiatives relating to process harmonization, diversity and inclusion, technology pilots, and stakeholder education
Required Education, Experience and Skills
2+ years' recruiting experience within a non-agency environment
Passion for championing diversity, inclusion, and equality
Demonstrated experience with progressive strategic sourcing practices and technologies
Demonstrated experience coaching leaders on effective talent attraction process and behaviors
Experience effectively manage complex requisitions
Comprehensive understanding of U.S. labor regulations
Legal authorization to work in the United States - sponsorship will not be provided for this position
Preferred Education, Experience & Skills
Bachelor’s degree
Experience recruiting for technical talent
Experience within the manufacturing, energy, oil and gas, automotive, biotechnology, medical, scientific, digital solutions and/or heavy industrial industries
