Solution Architect
Duties & Responsibilities
Provide technical architectural design expertise in support of sustainable building design standards, architectural design standards, technical specifications
Provide technical design and quality reviews at various milestones throughout the lifecycle
To investigate new technology and assess their fit for purpose given business requirements and architectural guidelines.
Own Technical delivery & help resolve technical issues for offshore team
Skills and Experience
10+ years of experience in Software development organizations
Strong technical accomplishments in solving hard software engineering problems.
Knowledge of Cloud technologies and processing of high-volume real time data streaming
Must have Experience in creating scalable system using various software technologies such as C#.Net, WPF, C++, Python, Angular, AzureDevOps
Must have experience designing Microservices architecture using Docker,
Must have experience around Real time streaming & Messaging architecture / Message Broker technology such as RabbitMQ, Redis etc
Experience with Agile Software Development methodologies.
Experience working with Engineering / Modelling team to build products highly desirable
Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as good interpersonal and organizational skills.
In-depth understanding of operating systems, networking, communication protocols, Data processing/filtering/management applications
Expertise with design patterns, data structures, modeling, and OOAD.
Familiarity with designing and building services in public cloud environments like Azure or AWS
Expertise in scaling applications that use large amounts of data stored in NOSQL databases like Elastic Search, Mongo Db, etc.
Skills typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree in Computer Science or similar discipline, and 10 years of related experience or through 14 years of software development experience . Completion of a masters in Computer Science or similar discipline is preferred.
