The Lead Analyst will be responsible for deploying and performing best in class New Product Introduction (NPI) planning for a designated portfolio. They will continue the deployment and maturity of the One MD Plan blueprint design. This is a great opportunity to work closely with the DePuy Synthes Spine (DPS) Sales & Operations & NPI Planning Leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate across the functions to drive execution of the NPI planning processes to include early stage forecast and capacity scenario planning, bottoms up forecast and final capacity plan development, inventory and obsolescence planning, and launch execution
Serve as Plan single point of contact for assigned portfolio of NPI projects from initial development to base business transition
Lead designated NPI Planning processes within chosen system landscape
Coordinate regionally and globally on demand and supply planning elements of NPI Portfolio
Develop and track key performance indicators
May conduct regional NPI order placement / oversight
Participate in Supply Reviews, Global Portfolio Reviews, and Executive Reviews
Management of WW NPI inventory plans and related initiatives
Validate global NPI demand inputs into the formal Business Planning Process
Ensure personal and company compliance with all national, local, and Company regulations, policies, and procedures

Qualifications

Education:

Minimum of a Bachelor's or equivalent University degree required

Experience and Skills:

Required:

Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience
Experience in Supply Chain, Commercial/Marketing, Finance, and/or Operations
Ability to develop, coach, and guide peers in the execution, strategies, and realization of functional and company goals
Proficient written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate and influence across all levels of the enterprise
Demonstrate a deep understanding of the business portfolio, markets, customers, challenges and demands
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

Preferred:

Experience with ERP (SAP/APO/SNP) or equivalent Planning Systems
Experience within one or more of the following processes: master production schedule process, inventory management, scenario analysis, and/or sales and operations planning

Other:

Requires up to 20% travel, domestic and international
