Position Summary:
The Marketing Intern / Temporary position will help support the US Marketing team while learning fundamental skills as part of a fully integrated, global marketing organization. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to interact directly with team members across the organization as well as outside vendors and stakeholders and will gain experience in implementing 360-degree marketing plans in line with Jet Aviation brand guidelines and business objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
Organizing and creating materials to be utilized for advertising and promotional campaigns, signage, collateral, and sales materials, including the development and review of copy to convey key messages
Working with external vendors and internal design teams to produce and review marketing
Preparing reports / benchmarking of competitor's social media and PR efforts and making recommendations on opportunities for Jet Aviation
Support marketing team with event logistics including research and review of premium items, event venues (ex. Restaurants, hospitality options), preparing and shipping display materials
Managing library of marketing materials and assets
Assisting in development of email campaigns including content creation, CRM list management and deployment.
Overseeing social media campaigns, making recommendations on engagement optimization including tactics such as SEM, keywords, paid social on Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook
Creative thinking and input on upcoming marketing planning
Communicating and supporting brand initiatives by ensuring brand guidelines are properly implemented in all projects
Daily marketing administrative tasks to support overall department's needs
Managing vendor relationships to complete requested services
Overall marketing support for all sales teams
Other duties may be assigned as needed
