You will manage the overall financial integrity and performance of Supply Chain Finance. You will help directors prepare business proposals on transformation and key strategic initiatives, verify assumptions, check for daily execution and support delivery of the project objectives, ensuring the integrity and timeliness of reporting. You will also manage a Finance team and may manage a third party team.

Manage aspects of finance planning and performance management process and related financial decisions potentially including strategic plan and annual contract planning/forecasting, target development, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modeling and decision support for a focused scope within a region, business unit, country, Supply Chain, Mondel?z International Business Services or Corporate Finance team. You will own data integrity for managed scope.
Contribute to a strong controls and compliance environment at Mondel?z International. You will also ensure that policies are understood in the organization and that proper controls and compliance are in place.
Partner with the business providing critical financial data and insights to enable directors and wider business perspectives for strategy and decisions.

Build a high-performing Finance team. You will also recruit and develop Finance talent and drive our Finance talent agenda with a focus on the local FP&A pipeline.

The Finance Director, Supply Chain Transformation Projects will lead transformational / special projects within the Supply Chain Leadership with projects spanning across reporting, planning, forecasting, and business analysis.
Key responsibilities:
Champion various finance projects such as cost optimization initiatives, data digitalization, developing exception-based reporting, leveraging Tableau for data mining/ insights generation, as well as process improvement
Partner with finance team and various business owners to scope out project requirements, clearly define project charter/deliverables/project plan and timelines
Conduct financial due diligence and provide analytical oversight, as applicable; ensure compliance with organization’s accounting procedures, while gathering and analyzing data from various sources/systems
Provide project management expertise ranging from project definition to post-execution controls reviews and post-audit; drive change management/adoption and process improvement
Measure project performance using appropriate tools/techniques and monitor progress of projects, identify and quantify any variances, perform required corrective actions, and communicate to all stakeholders
Develop standard processes, guidelines, and setup required for the assigned projects (including but not limited to workflow, reports, and business rules/governance)
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science and/or Business degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA/CPA preferred
Minimum of 12 or more years of experience in Finance
Supply chain or transformation projects experience is preferred
Extremely systems savvy with exceptional Excel skills
Outstanding analytical mindset with a desire to find the hidden opportunities for cost savings
Strong business acumen, experience with business analysis, financial reporting, project management
Outstanding leadership skills and experience
Strong team player who manages collaboratively with all stakeholders
